Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
Visit the pins section of the website and select the pin you need by choosing “show more”. Next, click Add to Cart. Then, go to the cart and enter the coupon code AMA1924 in the gray box. Be sure to click Apply Coupon. If you are done shopping, click Proceed to Checkout. Then, enter your name and address information. Make sure your order is correct and select Place Order. Your free pin should arrive in six to eight weeks.
This is an error we see from time to time with our coupon codes.
If you are ordering the free membership pin, AMA1924 is the correct coupon code.
If you received this error trying to use the $5 off coupon code, the items in your cart most likely don’t total more than $5. If you need assistance with your order, please use the contact form. Please include the items you would like to order and the coupon code you are using.
Effective October 2023, the payment gateway for AMAGear.com is now Stripe. Stripe is a payment processor that allows the AMA to easily process credit and debit card transactions.
When you go to the checkout page, you’ll see the box to enter your credit or debit card information. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC number (the security code from the back of the card). Then, click on the Place Order button.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.

The AMA uses the United States Postal Service to deliver AMA Gear orders.
For orders within the United States, your package should arrive in 7-10 business days. We process AMA Gear order two or three times per week and ship them out as quick as we can.
Please note: This timeline does not apply to free pins. Free pin orders take us a bit longer as we use a vendor to ship those out in batches.
The AMA ships items throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our shipping amounts are based on the order total.

Free shipping is only available on membership pin orders. The coupon code AMA1924 should be entered at checkout. If additional items included in the order, then, free shipping does not apply.
Yes! Simply complete the International Shipping Quote Form found at the bottom of the homepage. Provide the shipping address and the items you would like to order. We’ll create a custom quote with the shipping amount.

The AMA does accept returns for exchanges and refunds. Items must be in good condition.
Simply, include your packing slip and a note about why the item is being returned. If you need to exchange, for a larger size, please note the new size requested.
